Overview

  • Thermal conductive sheet is an ultra-thin thermal interface material in the form of a thin film. It is produced by dispersing and mixing the thermally conductive powder in silicone resin, which has an excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation properties.
  • Its excellent flexibility and elasticity secure good adhesion to heat source and high heat conduction effect.
  • The heat dissipation effect and EMI shielding function are secured simultaneously when attached to electrically conductive materials such as copper sheets or metal non-woven fabrics with high thermal conductivity.

Applications

This ultra-thin thermal conductive sheet has good elasticity and flexibility so that it can be easily attached to other materials (copper foil/sheet, non-woven fabric, etc.) with adhesive.
