Overview
- Spiral EMI gasket is an ideal shielding material used for sensitive equipment requiring high electromagnetic shielding performance thanks to its excellent electromagnetic shielding effect.
-Suitable for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, precision medical equipment, communication equipment, military equipment, satellite equipment, etc. - High elasticity Sn plated BeCu or stainless steel sheet is spiraled to provide excellent elasticity, flexibility and high shielding effectiveness.

- Superior EMI shielding effectiveness over 100 dB
- It can be cut in the longitudinal direction and can be easily inserted into the groove in a circular shape (Groove Mounting)
- Hardness can be adjusted according to material thickness and spiral pitch of gaskets.
- Various spiral pitch, diameter, thickness, and materials are available.
- Spiral plates with low elasticity are susceptible to pressure, but by using a silicone tube or silicone cord as inner core material, damage from excessive compression can be prevented.
